I ordered this to use on two scars I had from two surgeries. It has really made a difference in my scars. My doctor was really pleased with how my ankle scar looked. It has been 3 months since my surgery. I have bee using this product for a. Little over a month. Very well pleased.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to after finding this scar cream and it working so insanely well. I have had several moles removed with stitches for skin cancer and always felt insecure about the scars left over and no cream has ever worked or even showed me remote improvement. A friend told me about Ultimate Scar Formula so I figured I would give it one last try and long and behold, I saw improvement within a week, it was amazing!!! I am still continuing to use it, although I could probably stop as I am happy with the dramatic improvement it has made and they are virtually gone. I am now telling everyone about it!!! I have just received my third tube of the Ultimate Scar Formula and I am pleased with the results. I have a scar from a C-section surgery and it has become almost invisible. I also use this for old acne scars on my face and those scars appear smoother and are also almost gone.

I never write reviews but I am soooo happy with this product that I just had too! I haven’t even been using this product for two weeks yet and my scar is almost completely gone! Of course it was a somewhat minor burn on my arm from a hot pot that fell and grazed me, but my doctor said it would take a year to go away but look at it now! I was told to take A+D ointment at night and cover my arm in the sun so I did this in addition to using this product twice a day but I had been using petroleum ointment for almost a week after the initial injury and before getting this product and never saw such rapid progress until now. Highly recommend!! So glad I found an article online that recommended this as the best treatment for burn scars.

I tried the ultimate scar gel after having a mommy makeover. I started about a month post op. I used it primarily on the breasts. As I have vertical and horizontal scars. The tube is the same size as my surgeon offered only $20.00 cheaper. And each tube lasted about a month. Using it twice a day on the breasts and once nightly on my tummy tuck scar. And all have smoothed out greatly! My surgeon says I’m healing up better than most. Even with the T junctures on the breasts opening up. I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not cause I have used so many different creams and oils before to try to remove my bad scar that I have had for over a year now. I selected this product after reading the reviews. I had a recent lumpectomy for breast cancer that I coupled with a breast reduction. I initially used a silicon gel product from my surgeon’s office. Although I was happy with that product, I was curious what else was out there. So Amazon research commenced. I purchased MDPerformance first and was happy with the results. But I wanted to try a few others, too, to check out. At 4 months postop, my scars are more skin color than pink, and are steadily thinning and flattening out. I highly recommend MDPerformance Advanced Scar Silicon Gel.

This scar gel is absolutely amazing! Fast acting as well. My plastic surgeon had recommended another scar cream. I tried it...just was not pleased with the progress. I did a google review, Ultimate Scar Formula came up as a good product. It is an amazing gel that has taken a puffy scar to a smooth scar and redness is decreasing daily! I recently had surgery on my face for a dog bite. My doctor recommended scar cream. I have been using this for a month and the results are astonishing. I highly recommend it to anyone with a new or old scar.....and stay out of the sun. I am on my 2nd tube as it will take more time for the deep cuts to diminish and heal, some of the stitches are still in. The less deep cuts are hardly noticeable.

I've been using this on my 2yr old daughter's healing wound after she split her chin open on the travertine tile. I use a couple different scar creams, ointments on it each day but this one is my go to. It has a much better application feel than the rest; the thicker silicon allows me to message it into the scar better while letting me really apply some pressure to the scar too. From what I read, breaking up the scar tissue with manaul circular pressure is a key step to the out come of the scar modelling. Love this product and look forward to sharing the outcome photo in about another 6 months of use .!!

Recently ordered the product to clear up a scar from my Achilles surgery from over two years ago. Product came very quickly and even after a short time using twice a day I have noticed that the scar has begun to fade. Very pleased so far.

I started using MD Performance ten days after a thyroidectomy which was required to remove a cancerous thyroid tumor. My scar, once the steri-strips were removed, was hideously raised, bright red, and extremely noticeable. People at work commented immediately. This product was not recommended to me, but had great reviews on Amazon so I gave it a shot. I am so thankful I did. Two months post surgery, 1/2 of the scar is completely gone, save for a thin line, and I have every confidence that the other half, where the incision and subsequent scar was more invasive, has flattened and softened. I see more of an improvement every few days. I just purchased my second tube (a little goes a long way), and will continue applying it 2X a day.
