This might sound strange but I use this as an acne wash. I take a bottle of this stuff and 1-2oz of tea tree oil and mix. It's literally been life changing for me. I'm sure this is a great shampoo or whatever, but as someone who has spent thousands and tried everything to ease his acne flare-ups; this was my end-game.

Dermatologist prescription for daily application after shampoo no longer being filled and my PNP suggested Nizoral. I used and after rinsing, followed with a little Humectress, mostly rubbed in at the ends and let sit while showering, then rinsed...and VERY happy with results. Both hair and scalp. Expensive shampoo I had been using made hair feel and look great but left too much residue on my scalp. The new combo...Nizoral followed with a bit of Humectress... does the trick of a more thorough and clean dandruff shampoo and great feeling hair. In fact, even better. Beats the expense of a prescription and so far, even better results. Easy to get here on Amazon. Highly recommend.

My partner suffers with recurring folliculitis even after multiple rounds of antibiotics. He used to be limited to cold showers as any type of heat on his body would cause a painful reaction especially on his beard and groin. He still avoids hot showers due to bad reactions but has been able to take warm showers for years since I introduced him to this product. It hasn't cured him, as he still needs to occasionally use the product and avoid very hot things, but it has definitely increased his quality of life (no more cold winter showers!). The first bottle lasted about 2 years before he needed more.

It does not smell great and can dry your scalp out if you use it too much, but it works. I only use it once a week. The rest of the week I use regular shampoo. I've been using it for about a year now. I have forgotten it a couple times and the itchy flakes come right back so I know it is still working. If other shampoos haven't worked or you know you have seborrheic dermatitis, this might be what you need.

After a while of using the same dandruff shampoo my scalp seems to get us to it and it no longer is effective. I will then switch to another dandruff shampoo and either it doesn't work at all or it does for a few bottles and I will switch back to what I was using before. Lately that was the extra strength Tgel. After that stopped working I switched to this and it works great. Started working probably after the second shampoo. The great thing is that it smells good, no chemical smell like some of the other shampoos. About to get my second bottle.

I got it to cure my dandruff problem. So from my experience the first week you start using it the dandruff will get much worst, however, this gets better getting into the second week (I guess it removed all the dandruff on the 1st week, hence the increase in dandruff). After the second week there is not a single flake of dandruff in my head, I now use it every other day and I'm loving it. Will definitely be buying this shampoo again!

I've had bad dandruff issues for many years. No amount of tea tree shampoo or head and shoulders or lemon juice or apple cider vinegar would permanently cure my issue. They would usually work for some short amount of time and become ineffective. This shampoo seems to have done the trick. It takes a few applications to kick in fully, but I can successfully say that I am flake and itch free. We will see how long this lasts, but so far so good! As a plus, it also smells really good.

Holy smokes does this shampoo work. I thought that I had dandruff each winter. My scalp on the front of my head would get dry and scaly. I had tried oils, dandruff shampoos...nothing worked. I saw this by chance as I was looking for answers and thought I would give it a try. Dryness started to go away after the first use. By the second use, it was completely gone. Make sure you let it sit for about 5 minutes. That is something the bottle does not say, but a friend of mine who has this in prescription strength made the suggestion. Worked faster and better that way. Flake free for the first winter EVER!

MIRACLE PRODUCT!!! If you have dandruff, flaky scalp, scabs, etc... BUY THIS! ???? I was about to go to the dermatologist if this stuff didn’t work. Thank goodness I saved myself hundreds of dollars by giving this product a shot. I used it 4-5 times (over a month) and it cleared my scalp almost completely. One more use and my scalp will be 120% healed! This stuff blew my mind. Totally worth it.

If I could give this shampoo TEN stars, I would!!! My 13 year old has dandruff and I tried Head n shoulders but it did not work! So someone recommended Nizoral shampoo and with just ONE use, it worked! My son no longer has the flakes dropping off his head! I love this shampoo so much, it helped my son and it does not burn like the other shampoo at all! And you don't need to keep it on your scalp for minutes at a time either! Just use like regular shampoo. Smells great, lathers great, and I highly recommend it!!!

Better dandruff control better hair retention. I decided to try this shampoo to help strengthen hair folicals. I’m on proprecia already and although I have most of my hair, it was falling out like crazy. The medication started regrowth but it basically stalled after a while and my hair was still thin. Since I’ve been using this shampoo I believe I’m losing less hair, it looks thicker and stronger. Plus less dandruff than TGel. To keep from the dryness issue I use my wife’s Chaz Dean 6thirteen after shampooing and that really hydrates it. So far I think this is a very good product.

I can't say enough how grateful I am for this stuff. I have tried so many things including Head and Shoulders but nothing worked for me at ALL. I felt so insecure about my dandruff, I was surprised at how much it played into my self esteem. Simple put, Nizoral works. I use it until my dandruff is gone and that lasts several months and when it comes back I use it again until it my dandruff is gone again. It doesn't dry out my hair or my scale like Head and Shoulders. It also works for me husband. Buy it! You will be so happy you did!!!

I wish I had used this years ago! I've tried so many things to help my scalp, including natural remedies, going sulfate free, apple cider vinegar washes, coal tar, tea tree, neem shampoo, head & shoulders, you name it! Nothing worked! It got to he point where I was having to wash my hair once or twice a day, no matter what. I wasn't able to give my hair or scalp a break at all. But since using this, my scalp has been completely flake free and much less itchy. I'm able to part my hair anywhere at any time, and don't worry about second day or third day hair at all. I even went a week once to see if it could be done, and my scalp was beautiful! Love this stuff!

My one criticism is that the shampoo does seem to be a but drying, so I will just start using a conditioner as needed. I am so excited to be free of flakes!

This stuff is absolutely amazing. I was one step away from going to the dermatologist. I had severe dandruff that was so bad I could shake my head and it would come off. With just a few uses per week, I got rid of all of my flakes. My scalp also stopped burning from dryness. My hair has never been healthier.
