Great supplement. I use it for mood and energy. I was surprised to feel an almost immediate difference. I had out of tying it for a long time, now very glad I finally did. Shared some with my 83 yo mother and she has slept through the night every night (which hasn't happened in a very long time). The dosage for this brand is 2 or almost 3 times that of others so I just take 1 capsule rather than 2. Bottle will last a long time!

NutraChamps has developed an excellent Ashwagandha product. I've used patented formulations that contain Sensoril and KSM-66 extracts with varying degrees of of noticeable benefits. NutraChamps whole root powder is not an extract but I have to say that it really surprised me that it delivered as advertised. I was truly skeptical but I actually noticed a reduction in my anxiety and improved sleep quality at night. Ashwagandha is a adaptogen and as such, I also combine it with NutraChamps Rhodiola as part of my anti-stress supplementation as well as my workout/exercise supplementation for both crossfit and endurance type exercise. This is a legitimate supplement that I will continue to purchase. I highly recommend it. As with many herbal supplements, it's recommended to take 6-8 weeks then cycle off for at least 2 weeks to prevent building a tolerance and to maintain the intended benefits.

I having been taking Ashwagandha for over 1 month now. I noticed a difference with in the first week. It’s like someone lifted the fog out of my brain. My concentration level is better, memory, cognitive state seems sharper. The most amazing thing for me is how it lifted me out of depression. I have more energy and I sleep better. It is truly amazing. Give it a try!

This really helps my anxiety. It took a little while to figure out the best time for me to take it. I tried taking it right before bed, but then I didn’t sleep well. I tried various times and combos of one or two capsules. Taking two capsules around 2:30 pm works best for me. Im not so relaxed that I don’t want to do anything, but I’m also not super tense and worrying. I haven’t had to take my Rx as often since taking this.

Quick shipping, almost next day! The capsules are a lot smaller than other herbal supplement brands, which was a relief. The taste is not bad, barely there. I've been suffering from stress for quite a long time now, to the point of going into depression mode because of that. Nothing has worked so far, except this one product. The issues that caused the stress still remain, except that I'm in a much better position to deal with them. I've already finished my second bottle, and will be continuing. This stuff helps reduce stress levels when used regular, it also increases energy levels by restoring your body to perform better. I find it an awesome edition to my daily supplement intake. very good! update:

This product is natural, authentic - just great. It does after taking it like it is suggested exactly what I expected! I love this Ashwagandha. It's my favorite supplement, and I've tried a bunch. I discovered Ashwagandha a couple years back. It helps my mood and stress levels. I also struggle with anxiety. The NutraChamps Ashwagandha is the very best I've ever taken. It lowers my stress, it calms me, and quite frankly I just feel better overall about pretty much everything. I'm sure the people around me appreciate the product too. I've always had a "natural" approach to combating things rather than medicating myself. This product is a godsend. I take this daily. It has helped with my osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and all the pain that goes with it. It also helps with the depression that comes with these health problems. But...3 years ago I woke up on my 70th birthday a d could not get out of bed without help of get up from sitting without help. Since I have been taking Ashwaganda, and cbc oil. I now need no more help out of bed or getting up. I recommend that people with these conditions read up on these natural aids. There are no side effects.
