My husband & I both take 2 capsules in the evening. I suffer from PCOS and we are dealing with infertility. So, after about 1.5 months my period came (I also have very unusual cycles, 45 days to 100 days, it was never consistent). It's breaking up cysts, and I'm hoping we will be able to convince. I don’t have problems with my reproductive system but just Incase took it because still breastfeeding and maybe my hormone levels was not in good range. By the way I stopped taking Maca since I got my positive. Anyway long story short I don’t know what helped me Maca or Preseed but I got my BFP and praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I've taken a few different Maca supplements, but this is the best. After having a hysterectomy, I needed a supplement to help take over where my natural hormones left off. The product is great for warding off vaginal dryness.

So, I'm the husband, and I'm just gonna say this... If your wife is going through menopause, then do yourself a favor and quit now (or just get her some of this stuff and save your marriage). I don't what's in that stuff, but it helps her (like, ...helps her a lot!). Now, I realize that everyone is different so I'm not saying its for everyone. But for my wife, it's made a huge difference. She's far more balanced, less irritable, and it seems to help her hot flashes. She's just not so --you know --loopy.

I read about maca root helping to increase your appetite and I saw that this product had the most maca root dosage per pill that I had seen so I tried it. I have been stuck at 125lbs for most of my adult life and I was looking to gain some weight to give me more shape. This definitely helps to increase my appetite! I take 4 pills daily - 2 in the morning around 6am and 2 more in the afternoon around 4pm. When I tell you I can eat multiple meals now, I’m not lying!! Lol. I’ve definitely seen weight gain although I haven’t weighed myself yet because i want to take them for a bit longer but I’ll tell you that I can’t fit into my jeans anymore... they won’t go above my thighs so that’s a good sign! Lol. this is a great product my OBGYN recommended, as I am post-menopausal and suffering from a number of issues related to that. I was even on anti-depressants which lifted the depression, but left me feeling lazy and dispassionate about anything. After starting MACA, I almost immediately felt a lift in energy levels without spiking my blood pressure and without an afternoon crash. After a few days, I noticed I was feeling HAPPY, so I began weaning myself off the anti-depressants (don't do this without doctors guidance!!). I've now been off the medication for a week and feel better than ever.. As an added bonus, my husband and I are enjoying intimacy once again. There is some evidence to suggest MACA might be beneficial for type 2 diabetics due to its hormone balancing properties, so I've recommended it to my mother as well. I'll post an update with her experience once she begins to use it.

I love this product! I'm using it to gain weight and it's helping me tremendously. It also works great as an energy booster and its hormonal balance properties are helping me have smoother and more comfortable menstrual cycles. It does increase my libido, so be mindful of that. The pills are kinda large so if you aren't good at swallowing pills you may just want to use the powder from the capsules instead. Best Maca Root I've used so far!

I never write reviews but am a health and supplement junkie and this Maca has really helped me improve my hormone balance and I think helped my hair grow too (along with a thyroid support supplement) I will continue to re buy! Also start slow with this supplement, as it is very strong! Start by only taking one capsule and slowly work yourself up to two!

Started taking this a week ago for a fertility boost. While I’m not sure if it’s helped me in that aspect yet it has had a huge surprise bonus.. it gave my libido a huge boost. It was like non existent before!

i purchased these to help with my pcos symptoms. i have had a lot of success with diet and exercise helping with most symptoms and i usually get a period every 45 days or so. i still had never ovulated before, and wanted to try to find a way to dissolve my cysts. upon research, maca was suggested for this purpose. within only a month of taking these, i ovulated for the first time and my period came after only 33 days. magical! will be purchasing again.

Ok soooooooo......... I've been having unprotected sex for decades never gotten pregnant. I'm 37 years old don't have 1 child however I ordered this maca root a few weeks ago took 4 at one time a day I wanna say I started taking them right when my period went off at the beginning of March....... I ordered these pills in hope of getting a bigger booty & to do something about my awful a$$ mood swings. I ended up biting more than I could chew, my period was due for March 28 it never came it's now after midnight which is April 5 now & I'm just leaving the emergency room after taking a pregnancy test & it came back positive. I told them I needed to confirm this cause I think the store done sold me a April fool's pregnancy test. Low & behold I'm pregnant for the first time in my life at the age of 37
