It is a little pricey, but well worth the money, I won't live without it. My regime is (2) caplets, Mon, Wed, Fri, (1) caplet Tue, Thur, Sat, Sun...this seems to work for me, but do what works for you.

Dear Ladies, I bought this in January. I had an open mind. Vaginal dryness (due to menopause) is an AWFUL thing to go through. I did exactly what the directions said. Take 2 a day. I noticed a change by the 3rd week in---which in turn made my decision to purchase it again in February. I'm still taking it & I'm THRILLED with the results. This has brought back "My Mojo"????
