Recently, I was admitted to the hospital and had very low magnesium levels. I was prescribed 800 mg per day and decided to go with this particular brand. I feel like this particular product increases my energy level quite a bit! I'll provide another update once I have my labs rechecked.

The pills are a bit big, so I don't enjoy actually TAKING them. But they are easily absorbed....AND most importantly, they WORK. I was having hot flashes (even with taking Black Cohosh) - so friend suggested I take Magnesium. I researched different kinds, and this one seems to be the most easily absorbed. I felt a HUGE difference right away. No more hot flashes! I will be staying on these.

It's only been a couple of weeks since purchasing however this product is excellent! ...Taken with food (2 pills with lunch, 2 pills after dinner) it helps with keeping my heart rate leveled/calm and blood pressure down. I take these in conjunction with my bp pills and will continue to purchase with Subscribe & Save!

Not sure if this is an intended or unintended side affect, but I now am able to remember my dreams again after years of not remembering any dreams. I'm not sure why it does this, but I enjoy having my dreams back. I feel it has reduced my amount of migraines and severity. I am now able to have a drink or two at supper again without getting a migraine which is a miracle as I was getting migraines for days after one drink previously.

I’m always looking for new ways to go to improve my sleep habits, and decrease my stress. Over all, I have read countless articles recommending magnesium supplements as a way to fall asleep faster without the risk of being hooked on a chemical. This brand has seriously raised the bar when it comes to the best magnesium supplement. Others in the past have been okay, but I would find myself taking 750-1000 mg more just to achieve the same result as one dose of this brand. The only negative aspect I can think of is that magnesium always gives me very intense dreams. If you have wicked awesome dreams, this might be an added plus. Either way, this is a fantastic supplement!

I will come back and edit this review with results, but wanted to address the pill size thing. Here is a picture of some of the supplements I take. First is a multivitamin, next MSM, the red arrow points to this magnesium, next is glucosamine/chondroitin (which is a lot thicker), then turmeric, and finally hyaluronic acid. It's smaller than most of them. The MSM is Doctor's Best, but all the others are different brands. I really don't think this pill is all that big.

Been ordering this for several years. I used to get canker sores all the time and now I can't remember the last time I had one. My mom also takes this and it helps with regulating her high blood pressure.

This product has stopped a heart problem I've had for five years. After a heart operation I had ongoing pain and now it's gone (this was recommended by my cardiologist to try for relief). I also notice my constant anxiety I've had for 60 yrs is greatly reduced. (That is what aggravated my heart problem.)

Great sleep! Melatonin is still needed if I'm wired, but I love how this helps me wind down. Also great if my muscles are particularly sore from a workout! I take it before bed.

I, like many others, have health issues I manage daily. I was suffering from leg & foot cramps in the night that would wake me out of dead sleep. I also suffer from severe, long-term neuropathy in my feet, lower legs & hands. My cramping has reduced by about 95% and I feel some relief from the neuropathy. My neuropathy will never go away but I am all about being able to reduce some of the pain and Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium has helped me. I take other supplements as well but here's the thing... you've heard the old saying, "you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone", right? Well, I ran out. Oh yeah, that's when I realized just how much this helps me. I have not received any incentive to write this review. I paid for it just like you.

I bought this hoping it would loosen my muscles that have been tight my entire adult life - every chiro and massage therapist comments on how tight my traps are in particular - and while there is some relief the most noticeable improvement has been the QUALITY OF MY SLEEP! I thought I slept fine until I took these. I sleep deeper and wake up more rested - most days I wake up before my alarm. This is unheard of for me! I highly recommend overall.

I have been using Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium for over two years now. It has been the best addition to my daily vitamins. I feel incredibly relaxed an hour after consumption, and as someone prone to debilitating anxiety and panic, I have no reason to ever stop using this product.
PROS: Physical and mental relaxation.
CONS: I wish I knew about it sooner.

I was depressed, fatigued, had muscle twitches, and having a host of other issues. Little did I know I was magnesium deficient. I bought this initially to help me sleep and have regular bowel movements. It has helped me in many more areas than just that.

All I can say is if you have anxiety or mental health issues of any kind I would HIGHLY recommend taking two of these at night, every night. There is a massive noticeable difference in my mental health when I stop taking these. please give this a shot!
