I was having a little trouble in the *ahem* bedroom. I am a girl, and I am on BC, and I started noticing some drying effects from the BC. I thought that was just the tradeoff for not getting preggers, but I read online to try this stuff (as well as yohimbine lol). I tried them both in combination, so I'm not sure if this stuff is doing the trick or if it's the other stuff, but I really do feel better "down there." I don't notice any miracle energy effects like other reviews claim, but the bedroom scene has definitely improved.

Definitely works for females not just men! Also helps boost energy levels throughout the day. Just be aware ladies that if your going long in the bedroom be prepared for a lot of sweat.
