I asked them for refund when 30 September was missed they responded that as product is been purchased you will have to wait no matter how much time it takes. Their email support is worst most rude customer support. No one answers your query. My down payment is 11000. They have not mentioned that 5 working days will be considered in 3-4 weeks. Neither they mentioned holidays are additional delay. I didn't made any issue on working days and holidays delay as it make sense still my product is 1.5 month delayed. I told them i ordered for someone else and she is not in Pakistan now so the response i get is "apko pehly btana chahyay tha yay".

They are dishonest people. My order date was 24 june My shipment date was 24 August. I asked them if covid will effect shipment. They told me a clear NO. They also said payment will be refunded if you don't get ot on time. They said shipment is delayed and you will receive by 30 August. Then then they said first week of September. After that 15 September. After that 30 September (this time sales manager made commitment) after that 15 October.
