Disregard the negative reviews this products does what it's meant to do.It will work even better if you let it sit in a day or two before sex the longer it sit the tighter it will get or hrs before sex.. If you have a hummer don't expect this cream to put you down to a ford fiesta ijs . And I haven't experianced any irritation of course everybody body is differ and will react differ to certain products.. But all in all great product will purchase again. A little tube goes a long way ..
