Great vitamins and will really boost your energy level. I think the only thing that could make this better was if they had caffeine in it as well like the active version of it..

My husband loves and swears by these, unfortunately they are very hard to find in our area for some reason. Great value for the money! The box was smashed flat when we got it but the bottle and the pills were perfectly fine.

I've suffered from unexplainable leg cramps for years. Better hydration/Sports drinks/other vitamins/salt tablets/ etc..... nothing worked effectively. I can't quite explain it but these solved the problem. The regular One-A-Day's don't stop the cramps, these do.

These have been great 0 love the color as it truly distinguishes them from other pills I take. I know some users complained of having side-effects and stomach pain, but no such effects for this guy.

There is always debate that vitamins don’t do anything. This seems to be a good product and easy to swallow. It’s well priced when I compared to others and I take it in case it does support my health.

Although there isn’t a flavor to these, they do have a vitamin smell. You become accustomed to it after awhile though. Favorite multivitamin to date. I feel as if it does give me a boost of energy and I’m able to tackle the day. When I leave them at home, I most definitely can tell the difference of them not being in my system.

I've tried several vitamins over the years and this one is by far the best! I don't know how to explain it, but my energy levels are highers, my alertness is crisper and I feel as though I get "more" out of this particular version of Men's One-A-Day then their regular vitamin. Plus, taking an extra one at night as a hangover preventer is a win-win.

I've been taking these for 2-3 years now, on and off. I've never had adverse side effects (though I do believe it is better to take on a full stomach, or with a meal to avoid an upset stomach). They get the job done!

I am a big fan of Men's One A Day. I have been taking it for many years. I found the Pro Edge version recently and started taking that as it is specifically for people that are active. It has lots of the necessary vitamins and minerals and also has other ingredients that help me wake up in the morning and are good to replace what I lose through sweating when I run.
